Delivery & Return Policy

At Kareeva Cosmetics, it is our top priority to ensure that your orders reach you smoothly and on time, and that you are satisfied with the products you purchase. Below you can find detailed information about our delivery processes and return policy.

1. Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery Process

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company within 3 (three) business days at the latest after bank approval is received. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the first following business day.

Delivery Time

The delivery time of the products given to the cargo is determined by the cargo company depending on your region and usually varies between 1-4 business days. In unexpected situations (weather conditions, density, etc.), these times may vary.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for your purchases over a certain amount. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is added to your cart at the order stage and notified to you.

2. Return and Exchange Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal and criminal responsibility and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address shown.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene rules in cosmetic and personal care products; returns of opened, tried, spoiled or used products are not accepted. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the packaging of the product must be unopened, intact and the product must be unused.

Return Process

For the products you want to return, you must first send an e-mail to info@kareeva.com or contact us via our contact page to submit your request. For approved return requests, you can send the products to us with our contracted cargo company.

Refund

After the returned products reach us, necessary checks are made. The price of the products found to be suitable for return conditions is refunded to the card/account you made the payment within 10 days. It may take a few days for your bank to reflect the refund amount to your account depending on bank processes.

3. Damaged or Missing Products

It is important to check your package during cargo delivery. If there is any crushing, tearing or damage in the package, do not accept the product by keeping a report with the cargo officer. In case of damaged or missing products noticed after delivery, you must contact us within the same day.
